I spent two nights at Citadines in Lille and truly enjoyed my stay. The location couldn't be better, right next to the Eurostar and a quick walk to the city center. My studio was spacious and clean, providing all the kitchen amenities needed for my stay. The all-day coffee in the lobby was a great touch! However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It could have used a little more attention. The sound insulation wasn't the best either. I could hear some noise from the street at night, which made it slightly disruptive. Despite these issues, the welcoming staff really made a difference. They were helpful and attentive, which enhanced my overall experience.

Stunning views with a twist

Woke up to breathtaking views from our corner apartment. Spacious and clean. The staff offered great local tips! Coffee all day made mornings brighter.

However, we faced some inconvenience with the lack of a wash basin in the toilet. It was a bit bothersome to walk to the bathroom.

Awesome spot! Super central, and we even got upgraded to a lovely 1-bed apartment. The kitchenette was fab for a little cooking, and the cleanliness was impressive!

No air conditioning—it's like a sauna in summer! Don't plan on sleeping while chairs upstairs decide to perform a tap dance!

Super Convenient Stay!

Just wrapped up a night here. The room was pretty spacious with big windows letting in great light. Loved the kitchen setup. it made things easy for quick meals. Just a heads up, though, there was no AC, so it got kinda warm during the day. Also, the location is super close to the train stations – a big plus!

Limited toiletries provided!!! Poor sound insulation in rooms!!! It felt crowded on the living area furniture!!! A dedicated lounge or bar area would enhance social experience!!!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet! The friendly staff make every stay special. Highly recommend!

Solo travelers looking for comfort

The studio I stayed in was quiet with a nice view to the back , great for some peace after a busy day. Plus , having a Carrefour next door made it super easy to grab groceries and cook in the kitchenette.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but the comfort made it worthwhile.

The room was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette, which was super handy! I loved the clean vibe throughout. The windows kept outside noise at bay too, so I had peaceful nights. It'd be nice if there was more dining space though. And that fan was a lifesaver since there’s no AC. Overall, comfy stay with no major distractions!
